Berlin Sessions x Klunkerkranich, 10.06.2015

Up on the top of a seemingly pretty ordinary shopping mall in Berlin a whole new world opens up to you: A couple of dozen meters away from the busy buzzing noisy life of Neukölln, a bunch of visionary people gave this former grey parking deck a new wonderful purpose: Klunkerkranich is now a cultural space, a rooftop-bar and an urban garden, welcoming all of you for drinks, good music of all sorts and a spectacular view all over this beautiful town.

We’re more than thrilled to announce that Berlin Sessions will host a very special night at this splendid location on June 10th!

To all of you who are not free from vertigo, now’s the time to conquer your fears! Because we put together a decent line-up of super fresh Berlin based acts from all over the world, that will probably even take you higher than just the 5th floor of Neukölln Arcarden:

the Kalimba-lady from down under, who creates the most catchy pop-tunes equipped with nothing but a little african thumb piano, a loop station and her own sweet voice.

a truly authentic folk bard, who has just released his first album called „Miles & Gallons“, closely following the musical heritage of Bob Dylan with his rough voice and carefully written songs.

Sofie Wilen Clausen on double bass and Jon complete this combo around the born Berliner Paula Tebbens, who is now based in Copenhagen and heard so much Bluegrass und Western Swing from her dad as a child, that writing beautifully music herself came to her quite naturally.
